Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.
Where our products ship from
Our products are sent directly to you from our overseas suppliers, which is how we keep prices low. Because of this, delivery takes longer than from a local warehouse.
Delivery times (estimates)
- Processing: orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days.
- Delivery to Australia: 10 to 20 business days after dispatch (about 2 to 4 weeks).
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen during busy periods, customs checks, or carrier disruptions. Remote and regional areas may take longer.
Christmas orders
If you want your order to arrive before Christmas, we recommend ordering by Friday 20 November. We can't guarantee delivery dates, so the earlier the better.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number where available. Tracking can take a few days to show updates after dispatch.
Multiple items
If you order more than one product, items may arrive in separate parcels at different times.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping within Australia is A$11 per order, and free on orders of A$59 or more. The cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
