Shipping policy

We ship to addresses within Australia only. We don't ship to addresses outside Australia.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed and handed to our fulfilment partner within 1 to 3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Estimated delivery times

Our products ship from our suppliers' overseas warehouses. Estimated delivery is 10 to 20 business days after dispatch (about 2 to 4 weeks). These are estimates, not guarantees.

Regional and remote areas, including much of WA, the NT and far north Queensland, can take a few days longer. Peak periods also add time: Black Friday, the weeks before Christmas, and late December to January. If you need something by a particular date, such as Christmas, email us before ordering and we'll give you an honest answer.

Christmas 2026: please order by Fri 20 November 2026 for the best chance of delivery before Christmas. This is a guide based on our estimated delivery times, not a guarantee.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping within Australia is A$11 per order, and free on orders of A$59 or more. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Multiple parcels

Orders with more than one item, including bundles, may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You only pay shipping once.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to update, and overseas parcels may not show updates until they reach Australia.

Delays, lost or damaged parcels

  • If your order hasn't arrived 5 business days after the latest estimated date, email us and we'll investigate. If it's lost, we'll resend it or refund you in full.
  • If a parcel arrives damaged, email photos within a reasonable time and we'll replace or refund it. See our Refund policy.
  • Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we can resend it once you pay the reshipping cost.

Prices and charges

We deliver within Australia only. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD), and the total shown at checkout is what you pay.
